RULES AND REGULATIONS
The purpose of these rules and regulations are to aid in providing Cedar Ridge RV Park guests a secure, comfortable, convenient and attractive environment. They also set guidelines for the appearance of individual RV’s and the space they occupy, thus preserving the value of each resident’s property.
It is impossible to have rules and regulations covering every contingency and situation. Guests have the responsibility to inquire into any policy that may not be published in these rules and regulations. Failure to do so is not grounds for the granting of an exception.
•Guests are required to appropriate camping fee on arrival. Please do not change assigned site without approval from management. Visitors are welcome. However, must leave or register by 10:00 P.M.
•All RV’s will be accepted based on condition and appearance.
•Look before you park! All vehicles shall be parked on the non-grass area of your site. Each site is limited to a maximum of two vehicles at any time. Extra cars, trucks, boats, utility trailers, etc. will be parked in the park storage area. RV’s will be parked so that you may let down your awning. Tree trimming is not allowed. (Strictly Enforced)
•Maximum speed is 5 MPH. No four wheelers or children’s motorized vehicles are allowed in the park. Bicycles shall be ridden on park roads only.
•Quiet time is from 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. Anything considered a nuisance will not be tolerated; to include running generators, loud voices, sound equipment, door slamming, etc. Please be considerate of others.
•Do not leave trash sitting out. Containers are provided at back of office building. This is for household trash only. Do not put furniture, appliances, lumber or metal in trash area. Please do not throw paper, cigarette/cigar butts, drink tabs/caps, charcoal, etc. on ground. This is our home, please help keep it clean.
•Outside storage of personal items is allowed with permission from the manager. Satellite TV dish is allowed but shall be placed no more than 3 feet from either end of RV. (Enforced)
•Damage or destruction of any property shall be paid for by the responsible party. Picnic tables shall not be used as a work bench. Working on vehicles of any type will not be allowed in park area. Management is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property caused by fire, theft, or accident. Please place all excess TV cable, water hose, electric cable, sewer hose, or extension cords next to or under RV. Management shall not be responsible for damage to these items during mowing season.
•Loaded firearms, BB guns, or fireworks are not allowed on park property.
•No RV or vehicle washing is allowed in park. Our guests staying with us on a monthly or annual basis may wash their vehicle twice per month.
•No open fires are permitted in the park during a county fire ban. Propane gas grills are acceptable. Do not set any type of grill on picnic tables without some type of heat barrier. Damage to tables will be charged to guests. (Enforced)
•All messages will be placed on the message board at the office or will be brought to the campsite on an emergency basis only.
•No clotheslines or pet runs are allowed. Pets shall not be staked outside of RV at any time.
•Parents shall be in charge of their children at all times. (No tree climbing or rock throwing)
•Pets shall be kept on a leash of 6 feet or less and attended at all times. Guests shall clean up after their pet’s droppings. (Strictly Enforced) Pets shall not disturb other guests with barking and aggressive behavior. (Strictly Enforced) No more than two pets allowed per site. Please walk pets outside of parking area; along fence line.
•Doormats and patio carpets are allowed, but shall be no larger than 6’X9’. (One per RV)
